Update Orion 5.00 Version

Updating to Orion 5.00 is easy please follow the steps listed below.

Download the 5.00 Update here - orion5Update - August 09 2006

Downloading and updating your Orion environment is critical if you use the End of Day Download.

Other New Features include

* New Simulation Graphic System
* New Historical Price Database Access
* Improved End of Day file format and integretity

After the Orion5Update is downloaded follow Screens for the update process. Plus after you will need to Run the Defintion Update from with in Orion.

1. Welcome to the Orion 5.00 Update Click Next to Continue

2. Specify the Location of the Installation Directory - This is a temporary location.
Click Finish to go Installation.

3. Select which Data Feed Typr you presently use. This is update your exsisting feed files - Please use the Installation CD to actual switch Feeds.
Track Data users select Track Data
End of Day Download users select Optionomics FTP
Then Click Next

4. This is a note for those who use the End of Day Download Optionomics FTP - You must download the new type of end of day file.

6. The Orion 5.00 Update is completed - Click Finish to end.
